The tile is made by high-density fiberglass with compound decoration wool on the surface and fiberglass wool on the back .The edges are painted. With the characteristics of square in edges    and angle,it will be parallel to suspension system after installation.

Product Applications:

office building, commercial facilities,

shopping mall, Airport and school,Halls etc.

Product Advantages:

1)Incombustibility/Non-flammability: Consmos Calcium silicate board is non-flammable and conforms to the national grade A standard (GB8624 Grade A) with excellent fire resistance property. In case of fire, the board will not burn and not give off toxic smoke.

(2)Thermal/heat insulation: Owing to low heat conductivity, the product has good performances on keeping warm and heat insulation.

(3)Water-proofing and moistureproof: The product is allowed to long-term exposure to moist environment but still very stable. The board still keeps intact after being soaked in water for one month, the phenomenon of swelling and out of shape will not happen. It has good adjusting mechanics like woods. Even it is used on wash house.

(4)Endurance/durability: Consmos Calcium silicate board provides good insulation against bugs, fungus and corrosion. It can last for a long time and will not corrode.

(5)Noise-proofing: Consmos Calcium silicate board provides good insulation against noise.

(6)High-Strength and Light weight: The board is light weight, in this case, it can decrease weight of building greatly. At the same time, the material is high-stength and not easy to be damaged.

Main Product Features:

1) Use fiberglass wool as raw material

2) Good photopathy, noise and thermal insulation, fire resistance, easy to install and maintenance
3) Widely used in the places with special requirements to light
4) Edges: square, tegular, concealed
5) NRC: 0.8 - 1.0
6) Level of fireproofing:A2
Raw material: level A (incombustible class)
b) Surface: A2 flame( resistant class)
7) Coefficient of heat preservation: 0.046W / (M.K)
8) Radioactive species limitation: None

Q:We have an area in our ceiling that had water damage a few years ago and we repaired it ourselves for a quick fix. We never got around to actually getting it professionally repaired, but had never had any issues so it wasn't something we were worried about. About 3 days ago we noticed that there was a hole, about an inch long, I'm the crease of the ceiling where it meets the wall in the same place we had repaired. We don't know if maybe there is a mouse in the wall chewing a hole, if the house finally settled to the point where it cracked our repair job, or if there is another answer. It appears that the holes are only in the drywall tape and not in the drywall itself. Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be going on our who we could call in to inspect this?
Could be the mold, but simply could be the tape deteriorating. Did you use paper tape? IF you fix it again, use the self stick fiberglass tape before you mud over it.
Q:Sorry for shouting,,lol,,,want to replace 40 year old fibrglass insulation in basement ceiling with new, joist are 16 inches apart and 2x8 sized,,,what size insulation should i use
=== maybe you use the basement a bunch or not so much SO, you do need to insulate that ceiling to make it energy efficient the higher the R-factor the better the savings and the warmer that it will be above the basement ceiling ..... buy the stapler tacke
Q:New home decoration is the choice of all-inclusive or half-pack good?
The main material of their own choice, auxiliary materials decoration work package. It is best to find a good decoration work, that would not be too hard.
Q:I had my house re roofed last year and the roof leaked into a large utility room. I took the drop ceiling out and took down the ceiling panels above it and now I have to replace the insulation and put a ceiling back in. Its a very high celing unless I replace the drop ceiling panels here. Any suggestions? What kind of insulation should I use? I noticed some of the insulation has different numbers and some of it is very expensive so how do I know what to use?
The numbers associated with it are called R Value. As a rule of thumb, the higher R Value numbers, the better. For example, fiberglass has about R 3 per inch (least expensive) and rigid foam has about an R 6 per inch (most expensive). If you have plenty of space to work with, you could do 10 inches of fiberglass (or a similar mineral fiber type insulation) and get the same results as if you used 5 inches of foam. It just depends on your situation. If you are in a very cold climate, I would suggest insulating to an R 49. If you are in a very hot climate, I would suggest insulating to an R 19 with a radiant barrier (more efficient than R 30 in warm, sunny climates). If you are in a moderate climate, you could be anywhere in the middle.
Q:Some people think that do not need to check the color of magnesium chloride, you can know its color, why? Mg (OH) 2 white MgCO3 white Mg (NO3) 2 white Mg3N2 light yellow MgCl2 white From the above to illustrate the problem ...
Would you like to say that the Mg salt is all white?
Q:the fabric lining my jeep's ceiling is missing in the front of my car. came down in bits and pieces and i wasn't able to reattach it. there's a material underneath that looks something like yellow fiberglass??? is that right? is it safe to be exposed to this? i don't use the car much so i haven't had it fixed yet but i'd like to know what i'm dealing with here. thanks for any help!
your board is probably fiberglass but the material your seeing will be the old foam rotting away, you have to remove the entire board and clean it and get a new piece back up ,when new that came with a 1/4 inch foam backed material but over the years it deteriorates and falls down ,that's the only way to repair it right and make it look good, the new material cost about 12 bucks a yard and is about 54 inches wide so you,ll need about 3 yards at least to do this with and at least 3 cans of glue, glue both sides ,the board side and the material side then bond them together, and reinstall it and your done, this will cost you about 50 bucks to do this one, good luck.
Q:My studio apartment doesn't have an attic. A lot of the installation videos and articles I read online are about installing foil insulation a couple inches below the roof and above the room's ceiling. Does it matter if I install it under the ceiling (that is, the foil barrier is visible to me when inside the apartment)?Aesthetics isn't an issue. I don't mind seeing the foil. I just want to know if I can still achieve the same results whether or not I install above the ceiling. Thanks!
The foil would only radiate visible light back toward you, and fiberglass insulation ( or rigid polyisocyanurate panels covered with drywall) would create a barrier to keep the heat in your room. If just foil worked, you would assume no one would bother with installing 10 thick fiberglass to achieve an R-38 rating and spend thousands of dollars if a couple hundred of foil would do it.
Q:I am redoing my basement and am wondeirng what is the best way to insulate the basement ceiling, mainly to cut down on noise. My house is fairly old and the hardwood floors we have upstairs creak very loudly when you walk on them, and can be heard through the basement. Would fiberglass insulation work to cut down on footstep noise? If i put two layers in the ceiling would that be better? Or if I carpet upstairs would that muffle the sound?
USA I agree with travelingsupervisor. Get rid of the squeaks. But, if you are not going to fix the problem: Fiberglass and cellulose insulation do not really reduce noise. Mineral wool is helpful, but it must fill the cavity, with a 1/2 or 3/4 inch air space on both sides. Mass stops sound. After installing the mineral wool, install one layer of cement board and a layer of gypsum board over that. Stagger the joints. Or, fix the problem. Insulation by itself will not help.
Q:What is the idea of interior design?
Interior design is sensory design, it is a visual beauty, giving a comfortable feeling.
Q:What are the decorative materials?
Wallpaper, wall tiles, paint, paint, decorative panels, wall carpets, wood plywood, MDF, fire board wire water pipe cement and other hardware
