Q:I am professional working as manager procurement in the manufacturing industries deals in water treatment technology and power sector companies.
if the pips are in the same form of shape most likely those kinda things usually are interchangeable but check the fittings that attach the pipe to the head first to see if there the same
Q:what should you immediately do when the gas hose catches on fire? details
Finding the right sized bulk heads is a pain. I know this isn't the best answer there is though what I had to do was take a piece of paper, set it against the hole, shade with pencil so you have the exact size of the hole and go to a saltwater specialty shop and match up the proper bulk heads. A little secret, most people just get pvc pipe fittings with some neoprene on the inside tank side and tighten these. I personally have bulkheads on most of my tanks though I'm drilling a lot more of them soon and I'm just going to go w/ pvc fittings tightened against the glass with some neoprene or other washer type material on the inside.
Q:I have this really good idea for Valetine's day. Me and this girl are going to go to the top of a local mountain/hill and have kind of a dinner under the stars. I'm going to bring some blankets, pillows, and, of course, food. I would like to also have a bit of a fire type thing, though (so I could reheat the food and also provide a little warmth/light).I once went camping with friends and they had this gel canister that they lit and cooked over (I don't remember it providing light, though). Would one of those work? What types of portable fires should I go for? Thanks, guys!P.S. If you have any other suggestions of what to bring, I'd love to hear them! :)
What you can do is use a light fitting for outdoor use at home and then weld a spike to a pipe and weld a base on top and then mount the light on that. Not only will you have light, but it will look good too. Put a hook on the to tie the cable to in case they trip over the light that it doesn't pull out the cable from the light and also to pull the pipe out.
Q:ya know the really cute hairstyle with the little bump on the top of the head. yeah, il love that but i SUCK at it. like EVERYtime i try to do it, i screw up and it comes out ugly and even. i just need somebody to direct me to a web site or to give me diredctions themselves on how to do it. please help me!
I'm an Independent so I am my usual group and I personally never have and never will own a gun. I think there are other ways for a person to secure their home than a firearm. Dogs make wonderful family pets and the right breed will be very protective of your home and much more alert and aware than a gun could ever hope to be. With that said, as long as it is in our constitution(and in my opinion does not mean today what the founding fathers meant) I support the right of any American who chooses to own a gun. So I guess I support the rights of gun owners although I disagree with how so many of them end up being used, to kill others.
Q:What is the argument against gay marriage?
wait wait wait, you met her through the internet. wow dude, lame. any way, she obviously doesnt like you, shes stalling and giving a bunch of BS answers not to date you. bottom line, if she wanted to be with you, she would
Q:We have a fire and CO detector that I removed from the ceiling to paint it.After I removed it I saw in tiny print to shut it off before removing. I really am not familiar with what it looks like off hand as I'm at work.It is sensitive to the light being turned on and it goes off every time we turn the light on. It says warning, carbon monoxide levels are high, then it says carbon monoxide levels are 0 PPM and stops. They are all new and all of them have gone off at least twice since moving in and only when the light is turned on. They go off within seconds. How can I get this one to stop going off EVERY time? Like I said, I'm at work and not familiar off hand with what's on it. I'd hope there's some kind of reset button? Is it too close to the light? It's maybe 2-3 feet away from the light.I'm sure I can figure it out eventually, but it's just weird to never have a problem this bad with it until now.
i would bet that you have asthma. it may only happen on rare occasions i would lay money that not having the reaction when you switched to glass was merely a coincidence. if i were you i would go to your doctor and tell him about the reaction (leave out what you were doing at the time) but let him know that its a reaction that you have sometimes but very rarely and get an inhaler for those emergency situations. also to ther person who chose to answer a question that they obviously know nothing about, none of those methods of smoking require anyone to burn plastic and if you are burning plastic you are doing it wrong.
Q:Im doing this for a school project.. So if you could please answer this I need your opinions!
It is not that simple. It depends on various factors like your PH level and various hormones. So, it is better to consult a dramatologist if you problem is serious. If you wish to use common brands, then some brands work for some people and not for other people. Some of the good brands are Pantene, Garnier, Loreal, Dove etc.
Q:There was a blonde, a brunette, and a redhead in the top of a building. They couldn't get down because the blonde lost the key, so the brunette, who was fairly smart, called the fire department. then, these men called up to them. OK ladies, we have a blanket to catch you! Just jump down one at the time, and we'll catch you! a man called. OK! said the red head, and jumped. the men holding the blanket pulled it away as the redhead SPLAT onto the sidewalk. Next girl!' the men said. 'No way! said the brunette. you're just gonna pull the blanket away! no we won't! we promise we won't do it again. the men said. alright! the brunette said, and jumped. as she was about to hit the blanket, the men pulled it away, and the brunette SPLAT onto the ground next to the redhead. Alright young lady, now you! the men said. No way! I don't trust you guys! so i want you to put the blanker down, and back away. SO the men did, and the blonde jumped
do not use the tape the olive is the seal. if the olive is damaged then it will not seal. just fit the pipe with the olive in place screww the nut up tight by hand then a small amount extra with a spanner. no to much pressure or you will split the nut. pipe fitter for many years
Q:Can anyone please tell me what is the BMS (Bulilding Management System). Is there any regulation for BMS system?Where it has to be fitted and who are the approval authorities.
It depends an what those same specifications are. If it is 1/2 low pressure low carbon steel pipe with malleable iron fittings, threaded will be cheaper. If it is 12 high pressure pipe, welded would probably be cheaper. Exactly where the crossover is I don't know, I suspect it might be around 2 pipe, but again it depends on the application.
Q:I am looking for a autocad add on program that will allow me to insert pipe fittings, flanges, ect. ect. I prefer the pull down menus those are really nice. The thing is, is I don't know much about piping so a program that takes the guess work out would be nice. one example is i don't know how much to trim off of a pipe in order to connect a welded 90 to the end of it. one major problem is it would have to be compatible with 2009 LT. But any suggestions would be helpful i may be able to convince my boss to purchase the full version of acad.
Unions are fittings that allow local disconnections without having to cut pipe. Most traps do have 'union' fittings - but that is not the proper term. Those are properly slip-nut fittings. Both are linked below. A hard-connected PVC trap is also linked below - such a fitting will not leak if snaked (unless broken, of course). Now, it is quite unlikely that a trap such as you describe would have removable fittings - it is far more likely that the connections are solid - especially as fitted traps are more costly than solid traps and from what you describe your house was done 'on the cheap'. Note also - if you do have to get into the ceiling it would be much better were that trap to be removed and replaced in the proper location directly under the sink. If you can avoid the expense, great. But if not, you will only have to do it once.
