During the day it's about 65/70 degrees, but at night I pretty much MUST have the fan on to sleep (the noise and temperature both help me a lot to get to sleep), and it drops down and gets pretty coldMy ferret has a bed, with blanketsEvery time I've picked her up after she's been in the bed she's been very warmMy question is - even though she has the bed to keep warm, is it still bad for her to to be in such a cold environment? If so, is there anything I can do for her to improve the situation, WITHOUT removing the fan from the equation?I only turn the fan on low, by the wayIt has 3 speeds, and I ALWAYS have it on 1.
That's fineIn fact, some sources will tell you that a ferret is most comfortable at temperatures a bit below room temperature As long as a ferret has a proper bed, low temperatures (as long as they aren't below freezing) shouldn't bother themThere are even some people who keep their ferrets entirely outside- they just give them properly insulated nesting boxes to sleep in during the cold monthsAs a side note, ferrets were domesticated from european polecats which live in part in russia! That's about as snowy and cold as it gets.

Well, I was sick about 2 weeks ago with similar symptoms however, not all of the symptoms you haveI bought a lot of over the counter medicine but they just made me drowsyI would suggest you go to your doctor as soon as you can or have you parents take you to the ER if possibleWhat I did was drink a lot of tea (Jasmine tea particularly) it made me feel 10 times better also try eating some oatmealOatmeal has lots of fiber and it can coat your stomachAlso eat some chicken noodle soup when you can Oh one last thing try to keep your body very warm, stay rapped up in blankets or make sure you have layers of closes onThis will help you to sweat out the cold and mucusHope you feel better soon

SimpleAn attic may or may not have a switch down belowMany are controlled by a temperature sensing switchIf you don't see one up there, measure the attic and determine the approximate cubic feet.look up the formulas, an important factor in choosing a fanA fan is rated by the cubic feet per minute that it moves (CFM)The more air removed, the cooler it will beFor example, a 500 CFM exhaust fan will remove the hot air from a 2,500 cubic foot attic every 5 minutes.a 1,000 CFM fan removes it every 2 1/2 minutesA competent handyman should be ok for this, but back yourself up seeking advice from a major retailor like Home Depot or LowesAnother great source is an industrial supply company very familiar with this; GraingersThey are nationwide (find them online) and the right department sales advisor will help you on the phoneI don't work for them, honestI have purchased and installed dozens of very large exhaust fans for hot factories from them (like 15,000 CFM and bigger).
I originally thought mold, but the fact that the dry wall paper (not green drywall) is completely normal, there is no signs of moisture infiltration and the dark color appears to be limited to the insulation paper only I have tried to find information on the internet, but so far only sketchy information about blackening of the paper at bestAny thoughts to the issue?
It is because of the lining of the canIf the can is aluminium you would be creating a bomb instead of harmless waterIf the water were to be shipped in a hot container then things can be fatalWater reacts fairly with aluminium but with the help of temperature it can create an explosionBut good question though to the people who don't do science. Its kinda stupid for the persons who do advanced science.
