Introduction:
Tower Crane is a machinery used for vertical lifting and horizontal delivering of building materials and any other heavy items during construction process. It can lift and lay down, horizontally shift, and rotate, so it has large working range.

- Balance is balance - there's no specific training but good balance will help you with all aspects of your training. A few things that helped me - tying shoelaces by getting into a crane posture rather than kneeling to the laces. The concentration on the shoe helps to balance you. Practice Crane Stance and try to keep a clear mind while in the stance - if you start worrying then you'll fall. Remember to keep the knee high and the foot pointed.

- Q:I've heard that daddy longlegs aka crane flies contain the most deadly venom of all insects. The only reason they aren't dangerous or deadly is because they have no mouth or 'straw' to inject the venom. But I'm not sure what's correct. Although they cannot harm us humans, is it possible for them to be able to inject the venom into other creatures?Also, I've heard that dragonflies contain deadly venom too, but just like with the crane flies, they cannot transfer the venom any way. - build a basic crane out of your materials and thread the string to the magnet hold it on with tape secure opposite end of the string to the plunger on one syringe. and fix this syringe(syringe 1) to the frame of the crane. position the plungers of both syringes at mid point, and fill both with water, and fill your tubing with water. connect the needle ends of both syringes together with the tubing. pushing the plunger on syringe 2 will cause the plunger in syringe 1 to move out. pulling the plunger on syringe 2 will cause the plunger on syringe 1 to retract and can be used to lift the paperclip.
