Hydraulic excavator capabilities have expanded far beyond excavation tasks with buckets. With the advent of hydraulic-powered attachments such as a breaker, a grapple or an auger, the excavator is frequently used in many applications other than excavation. Many excavators feature a quick coupler for simplified attachment mounting, increasing the machine's utilization on the jobsite. Excavators are usually employed together with loaders and bulldozers. Most wheeled, compact and some medium-sized (11 to 18-tonne) excavators have a backfill (or dozer) blade. This is a horizontal bulldozer-like blade attached to the undercarriage and is used for levelling and pushing removed material back into a hole.

- Q:Like articles about keeping healthy at work, or relating to your employer, or conflict with your employees always seem to assume people work in offices. So do most articles about management. There are a lot of people who don't work in offices. Excavator operators, hairdressers, shop managers, drywallers, construction workers, mining engineers, auto mechanics, machinists, millwrights, linemen, pilots, and golf course superintendents don't work in offices or they may have a desk, but don't really work there. These people are not necessarily unskilled. Many of them are well-trained, well-paid, and highly skilled.

- My hubby tried SMC.. its not all that good. Its just a drop shipment membership. You will owe them money when you have not made a dime. Don't do it unless you got the money to spend. At anyrate... you can try USAjobs , try America's job bank, there's a lot of construction jobs about to happen with the stimulus package hitting the states ...they will temporarily start reconstructing and repairing old bridges and streets and etc...
- Q:Hi. I am getting a few baby bearded dragons in a couple months. I was wondering what size terrarium I should put them in. I am getting 1 male and 2 females. I was also wondering if I should put some burrows in with some burrow maker thing I got. I have 10 pounds of it and it is made of clay. Also, will they get along with Leopard geckos? I really want to put in a pair of leopard geckos, and will they like the burrows too? I want both the bearded dragons and the geckos to breed and I will make 2 rooms in each burrow for them. I am also adding a heating pad to help incubate the eggs and to keep the reptiles warm. And a heating rock or two is going to be placed in there. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated!
- First things first, DO NOT USE A HEAT ROCK! They are very dangerous. I have seen more burned lizards than you can imagine. I would not put geckos in with beardies unless you are trying to give the beardies a snack. Three beardies in one cage, it would have to be a really large enclosure.

- all you have to do is dig it out(doesnt matter how) and just line it with a bunch if plastic tarp , your gonna need a lot and youll have to over lap it, and then just put a bunch of rocks on the lining and catch frogs and get fish and lily pads and things like that to go in it.
