2.Description

Aluminium is a relatively soft, durable, lightweight, ductile and malleable metal with appearance ranging from silvery to dull gray, depending on the surface roughness. It is nonmagnetic and does not easily ignite. A fresh film of aluminium serves as a good reflector (approximately 92%) of visible light and an excellent reflector (as much as 98%) of medium and far infrared radiation. The yield strength of pure aluminium is 7–11 MPa, while aluminium alloys have yield strengths ranging from 200 MPa to 600 MPa.Aluminium has about one-third the density and stiffness of steel. It is easily machined, cast, drawn and extruded.

Aluminium atoms are arranged in a face-centered cubic (fcc) structure. Aluminium has a stacking-fault energy of approximately 200 mJ/m2.

Aluminium is a good thermal and electrical conductor, having 59% the conductivity of copper, both thermal and electrical, while having only 30% of copper's density. Aluminium is capable of being a superconductor, with a superconducting critical temperature of 1.2 Kelvin and a critical magnetic field of about 100 gauss (10 milliteslas).

5.FAQ

1)what is aluminum?

Aluminium (or aluminum; see spelling differences) is a chemical element in the boron group with symbol Al and atomic number 13. It is a silvery white, soft, nonmagnetic, ductile metal. Aluminium is the third most abundant element (after oxygen and silicon), and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It makes up about 8% by weight of the Earth's solid surface.

Aluminium metal is so chemically reactive that native specimens are rare and limited to extreme reducing environments. Instead, it is found combined in over 270 different minerals. The chief ore of aluminium is bauxite.

2)What's kind of payment term we can supply?

CIF,CFR, FOB and other.

Q:I have a boneless, vacuum sealed, quot;jubilee ham with natural juices.quot; I have never baked a ham before, and am not sure what to do exactlyIt is already fully cooked, however I am wanting to cook it as long as possible so that it is super tender and falls apart similar to a perfectly cooked bone-in hamHow do I do this with a boneless ham? Please do not answer with recipies for glazes, etc.I only want directions as HOW to cook the ham - do I wash it first? Cover with foil or a lid or nothing? How much water in the pan? How often do you baste the juices over the top of the ham? How many hours to cook? (The package does not say the weight of the ham, but its pretty big.) The main thing I want is for the ham to cooked so that it quot;falls apartquot; when you serve itThanks for any help or advice!
I use Dove powder, it really works well on meThe actual deodorant stick smells powdering but it doesn't when its on youYou don't smell at allIt's incredible yet very cheap! you can buy it at the nearest drugstore such as CVS
Q:I dont mean using paper thoughSolid steel plates and a ridiculously powerful wind tunnelThe experiment where you blow air across the top of paper and the paper rises due to lower air pressureSo if you had a super powerful wind tunnel and instead of paper used a sheet of aluminum or steel how large could we build an experiment like this?
An aircraft wing is based on this principle, so that is a large exampleBut one could be built much larger as it doesn't need to flyMajor limit would be money.
Q:Is acid in tomato sauce burning holes in aluminum? I found holes after using bbque sauce Weird!?
maxiglide by maximus is the best, i have the same type of hair and this makes my hair smooth, soft and straight, the best flat iron i ever bought, definitely worth the money.
Q:I got the seeds from a Queen German tomato 1.Should I dry then in the sun,or in a cool, shaded place.2.How long do they have to dry before I plant them?3.When I do plant them how deep should they be planted?4.How long until they sprout out of the ground.
I am definite it would not take more than half of hour of your day trip of a dayI have no idea why they'd require day-to-day care rather than feeding or dosing with special matters for corals or reefsI will recognize topping up with water each different day or few days, and probably doing 2 water changes a week compared to one.
Q:How good a conductor of electriciy is aluminum?
Aluminum is a great conductor of electricity. In fact, many service runs from a utility pole to a house are what is called ACSR, or Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced. It has a few strands of aluminum and a strand of steel for stregnth. If you are on an aluminum ladder and get struck by lightning or shocked from a circuit then you will either die or wish you were dead. OSHA requires the use of fiberglass ladders for electrical workers.
Q:Is it safe to cook potates in a microwave oven wrapped in tin foil?
It may not hurt your potato but you've got a great chance of destroying your microwave or causing a fireAccording to the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service: Is it safe to use aluminum foil in a microwave oven? Always consult the owner's manual of your microwave oven and heed the manufacturer's recommendations for the use of aluminum foilIt can be safe to use small amounts of aluminum foil in a microwave ovenMicrowaves cannot pass through metal but are absorbed by foodNo food completely covered by aluminum foil or in a covered metal pan should be put in a microwave oven because food wouldn't be available to absorb the microwavesOperating the oven empty or when the food is completely wrapped in aluminum foil can cause damage to the oven and the food won't heat However, small pieces of aluminum foil can be used to shield areas of foods, such as poultry drumsticks and wings, to prevent overcooking Some food packaged in foil containers can be safe to microwaveRead the package heating instructions to see if the food manufacturer has specific recommendations for microwaving the productBecause food in these containers will only heat from the top, it's best to microwave foods only 1-2 inches in depth so food near the bottom will be heated thoroughly before food on top dries and overcooks General Rules for Safe Use of Aluminum Foil: Use new, smooth foil onlyWrinkled foil can cause arcing (sparks)Cover no more than 1/4 of the food with foilShape the foil smoothly to the food so no edges stick outIt makes no difference which side of foil (shiny or dull) is facing outDo not place the foil closer than one inch from the oven wallsIf the microwave oven has metal shelves OR a metal turntable, don't microwave food in foil containers or metal pans, and don't let foil used for shielding touch or be close to the shelves or turntableIf you see arcing (sparks), immediately remove the foil shielding; transfer frozen food from foil container to a microwave-safe utensil.
Q:how can we magnetized aluminum?
Aluminium is not a ferromagnetic materialIt is either dimagnetic or paramagneticSo it is not magnetized normally Is this regarding some research regarding the electrons in the shells of aluminium atom? Or just for knowledge? Because the answers will differ in both cases.
Q:I have a little RC tank that has been sitting in the basement for forever, and I got the idea that I could have a buddy drive it while I plink away at itI have a variety of sheet metal, aluminum and steel that I want to mount on the tank as not to destroy itWhat thickness of both metals would be needed to stop the pellet reliably? I back the metal with cheap craft leather, so denting isn't a problemJust how much is needed to stop the pellet?
Crochet is harder to learn, but it goes by fasterKnitting is easier to understand but it can be a little slower than crochetPersonally I prefer knitting because I always need something mindless to do with my handsIn any case, you should buy a simple How-To book on whichever hobby you chooseFor crochet, you will need; -At least one crochet hook; I recommend a US H/8 aluminum hook-A ball of yarn (preferably something over 90 yards.) -A How-To Crochet book For Knitting: -Size 10 straight needles (Super-long ones can be difficult to learn with, so I'd say something no longer than seven inches.) -If you plan on making hats or bags, you'll need size 10 or so circular needlesThese look like two really short knitting needles attached with a plastic loop-A ball of yarn (at least 100 yards) -How-To Knit book Lion Brand Yarn is an excellent, affordable brand to start off with and is carried at most storesTheir yarns are generally soft, bright, and long-lastingIf you go to Michael's, they probably have some on saleGood luck!
Q:I need to purchase a new set of pots and pans and want to make a safe decisionWhich is the healthiest choice: Hard anodized aluminum, copper bottomed stainless steel, or cast iron? I already use cast iron for frying, some baking, and sauteing, but is it good for sauces and soups, too? Thanks
I know they have these solar powered water heaters for houses in the area where i liveBasically they are pipes filled with water under some darkened glassAnd everything is black or a dark colorThe water heated from the sun rises up and then is used by the house(They have to be drained for winter though) But if you are talking about maybe boiling water, look into solar ovensI've seen videos of pretty much nothing more than a cardboard box inside painted black and some clear material actually fry and egg or something similarBasically, the sun in powerful enough to heat up food items without having to convert it to electricity then to heat.
