Description of    bauxite ore

There are several different models of raw bauxite,we own have three bauxite quarry,and can  produce 5000 tons bauxite per month.

 

Classification of  bauxite ore
1.Refractory Grade:

Refractory grade bauxite has high refractoriness, good mechanical strength and moderate slag resistance. Bauxite in the refractory industry is typically used in ladle working lining, tundish furniture, delta sections, general perpose repairment, aluminium melting furnace and mineral processing.  

3. Rotary calcined bauxite:

 Rotary Kiln Bauxite, as the name suggests, it is the bauxite produced by rotary kiln. there are three kinds of kilns for bauxite production mainly, rotary kiln, shaft kiln and round kiln.

4. Shaft kiln calcined bauxite:

Shaft kiln bauxite, the bauxite calcined by shaft kiln. the raw material-bauxite ore is loaded from the top of kiln together with coal powder and combustion improver,the fire of calcination comes from kiln bottom, about 1300-1400 ℃After the complete calcination, the bauxite is carried out from the bottom.

2.Precision casting/Investment casting: bauxite grog fines can be made into mold for precision casting.

3.Refractory: high alumina bauxite's refractoriness can reach 1780°C.

4.Aluminium silicate refractory fiber: The high alumina bauxite grog can melt under2000°C-2200°C in the electric arc furnace.     After a series of processing, it can become aluminium silicate refractory fiber, which can be made into fiber blanket,plate,cloth.

5.Mixing magnesia and bauxite grog with binders to pour the molten steel ladle for better overall lining performance.

Q:What are fireproofing materials?
1. With the tape made by double-coated flame-retardant and chemical defense surface adhesive and that only occurs charring with no melting drops and maintains good strength when meeting with fire as main material, and by the laminating-sewing-pasting process, clothing body and gloves are made and equipped with flame retardant, chemical defence, voltage resistant, and puncture resistant boots, the clothing assembly is constituted. 2. They are usually asbestos. Some of them have better quality and are made by wiredrawing of aluminum zirconium and silicon mixtures, and of course others are directly manufactured with some natural objects. 3. All the panels that meet the first-order fire protection requirements can be fireproofing materials. Like gypsum boards, aluminum sheets and so on. Coatings are usually those with fine powder, high density and good sealing. 4. Phenolic foam board can meet the requirement and its test temperature can reach up to 2000℃ under which it has no molten droplet but good integrality. Thermal Conductivity: 0.03W/(mk). It is non-flammable, non-toxic and smokeless! 5. The hollow ceramic micro-bead is good in thermal insulation and fire-retardance.
Q:What are the specifications of refractory kilns ?
Rotating equipment is widely used in mechanical, physical or chemical treatment of solid materials in building materials, metallurgy, chemical and environmental protection industry. Such equipment is called rotary kiln. The best materials are magnesia-chrome bricks, unfired magnesite-chrome bricks, silmo bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, magnesia calcium zirconate bricks, iron magnesia bricks and castables.
Q:What is high alumina refractory?
It refers to inorganic non-metallic material with refractoriness of higher than 1580℃. Refractoriness refers to the celsius temperature that the cone-shaped refractory sample without load can resist, and under which the sample won't soften and melt down. Refractory material appears together with high temperature technology, and roughly dates from the Middle Bronze age. In the Eastern Han Dynasty (AD25~AD220) of China, fireclay refractories has been used as furnace refractories and saggers for making porcelains. In the early 20th century, refractory material develops toward the direction of high purity, high dense and ultra high temperature products, and meanwhile unshaped refractory and refractory fiber with no need of firing at all and with low energy consumption appear.

Q:How long does it take for refractory cement to solidify?
1. First you should be aware of the concepts of condensation and condesation time. Refractory cement belongs unshaped refractories, which when added water or liquid binding agent to mix, the agitation material will gradually lose thixotropy or plasticity and become in a state of solidification, thus is solidified. The time needed to finish the process is called solidification time. The whole process is divided into initial and final set. When beginning to lose plasticity called the initial setting, when called plasticity completely lost the final setting. 2. For refractory cement, the solidification time depends on the matching of the material and the parts and using methods. Under normal circumstances, in order to meet the requirements of time of construction, the initial set time should be no shorter than 40min, and the final set time should be no longer than 8H 3. There are also some exceptions. When refractory cement is used for spraying and injection operation together with other refractory castable, the set time is required as short as possible, sometimes flash set is required to prevent the occurrence of peeling or collapse of the spraying layer.

It is in line with the fireproof test standard of national building materials. It can reach up to 4 hours at most.
