My friend from the UK always talks about craving brownies, so I want to surprise her by sending some! The shipping would take 3-5 days, how would I package them? Thanks :3

First determine the molar mass of aluminum nitrate: Al(NO3)3Assuming it's anhydrous aluminum nitrate, using the atomic masses of the elements: Al: 26.98 N: 3 14.01 O: 9 16.00 Total: 213.01 g/mol The (NO3)3 means that there are 3 NO3 for each Al, so the total number of N in one mole is 3 and there are 339 OFrom this you can determine the number of moles in 237 g: 237 g / 213.01 g/mol 1.11 mol Then use the atomic mass of nitrogen and the number of moles of nitrogen in the compound (3): 1.11 mol 3 14.01 g/mol 46.7 g of nitrogen You can check your work by calculating the other elements and verifying they add to 237Al: 1.11 mol 26.98 g/mol 29.9 g O: 1.11 mol 9 16.00 159.8 g 159.8+29.9+46.7 236.4 (It's a little off due to rounding error)
Your method should take into account the physical propertiesof the substances that make up the mixture.asugar and waterbpowdered iron and powdered aluminumcwood and golddnickels and dimes
AHeat the water slowly until all the water evaporates, then scape the sugar out of the bottom of whatever you put the solution inBPut a magnet in the mixture and all the iron will stick to the magnet, leaving the aluminum behindCIt depends on what kind of wood it is, the physical form of it, and its densityIf the wood is in shavings then just pour the mixture into a pot with water in it, the gold will sink down to the bottom and the wood will float on the surfaceDIve sat here for about 5 minand this is the best one that i can think of for this one - get a window screen and cut holes in it the size of a dime, pour all the change onto there and shake lightly from side to sideAll the dimes will fall through the holes and leave the nickels on top of the screen.
What would happen to the stainless steel container? Will the oven heat cause it to tarnish or warp?
If you have a food processor or blender you can turn regular sugar into powdered sugarBut, yeah, you need powdered sugar to make a glaze 1For each cup of confectioner's sugar: Add one cup of regular granulated sugar to the blender 2Blend (pulse) until it turns to powder.
What is a cheaper and more common tube to use on my 27 x 1 1/4 tires?Right now I have horribly messed up schrader tubes on there and I want to replace them today, so that I might get a decent ride before sunset.
27 x 1 1/4 is a very common sizeIf only the valve is messed up, you can change the valve core very easilyTubes are no cheaper in one size than another, so changing size will not save you anythingIf your rims are drilled for schrader valves, you have to use that type, unless you can find an adapter, which would be a lot more difficult than buying a new, 27 x 1 1/4 schrader valve tube.
Any suggestions regarding adhesives? What gauge aluminum do you recommend?
Unless you plan on buying some large and, relatively, expensive equipment it's best to leave this sort of thing to professionalsI was a framer for many years and have had many a customer who ruined their artworks trying to save money by doing things themselvesHowever, if you really want to go the D.I.Yroute, I seem to recall that 3M was marketing a double-sided adhesive sheet that you, first, laid down on your substrate (in this case, the aluminum) then laid the artwork on top, smoothing it out with a silicon squeegeeNot sure how archival it was thoughEverything has to be absolutely free of dust or it will leave bubbles and other surface imperfections in your finished piece.
Hello! I have bone-in skin on chicken breast and thighs that I want to barbeque tonightAnyone have a good recipe including the use of aluminum foil? I remember camping a few years ago and someone barbeque'd bone in skin on chicken breast slowly on the grill in aluminum foil and it was AMAZING! Anyone know the process? Also, I heard that it's best not to put the BBQ sauce on until the chicken is almost doneI'd like to leave the skin on during the grilling to keep it moist, but I don't want to eat it when it's done! :D I am ready to fire up the grill! I've got about 2 hoursThank you SOOO MUCH!
well, we true BBQ masters do not use foilBut since your grill is already fired up, I can probably talk you thru it Season chicken on both sides (even under skin, since you'll peel it off) I'd use kosher salt, FGB pepper, onion salt, garlic salt, paprika, maybe a little chili powder (NOT cumin) So lay out a big sheet of heavy duty alum foil, in the middle put some onion cut into rings, top w/ seasoned chicken, then top w/ more onionClose up on all sides tightly, removing excess airThen toss on grillIf I were you, I'd heat up one side of the grill, but put chicken on the other, unlit, side, so it cooks nice and slowAfter about 1? hours, open foil from top, tear back a bit, and sauce chickenLeave on grill, open top, for another 15-20 minServe w/ onions.
Is there a way pick up aluminum pieces with a magnet or some sort. Help!! There are aluminum pieces inside the case of my brothers yz250f and he needs another way to check and make sure there are no pieces left. He's flushed it with the lowest weight oil he could find.
Nope. Aluminum is non-magnetic. If the pieces were sufficiently large, one could move them with a strong alternating field which would set off eddy currents. But that won't work on tiny shavings. Guess he will have to flush again and again and hope for the best.
