I have a Wirlpool dryer model WED7500VW0It's a little over a year old, and saw minimal usage, as we were away 6 month out of the year.Today I tried drying the clothes, put it to normal dry,as always, and noticed that the glass door became wet after a little whileI stopped the dryer and opened the door, it was really wetThere was heat inside the dryer, but when I touched the clothes, it was wet.I dried the door and put the 20 min cycle onSame result after 20 min.PS: I checked the lint collector and it was clean, which is unusual after 20 min drying. What is wrong with the dryer?
the problem is in the vent hose. You need to find where the dryer vents outside.it may have water in it that froze and created a block of lint and ice or it may just be clogged with lint.usually happens at a bend or crease.PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS HOW MANY HOUSE FIRES START!.The air is not getting outside. If you have flex hose check every bend and check the outlet in the back of the dryer at the bottom where the vent or flexhouse attaches to your dryer.for emergency drying like have to work in the morning, disconnect the vent from the dryer, pull it away from the wall a bit, put a piece of aluminum foil or something metal against the wall where the vent will be blowing and let it vent in the house then find the clog in the vent tomorrow
the majority or my hair is black but i have a heavy blond highlighting already in my hair from a few months ago.i'm really sick of this look and i want to bleach it all, no salon will do it but my friend is experienced and she says she can do it.since most of it is black and my hair is kinda long, a few inches past my shoulders, i thought it would need 2 processes of 40 volume bleach to get it to almost platinum.i was thinking i needed to get two kits of bleach, and toner to even out my hair.but she said only one kit will do it and then we could use red out to get out the coppery colori don't want to have orange hairwho's right on this? what do i need to buy?and any aftercare advice is much appreciated since i know my hair will be pretty damaged.
I'm going to agree with the other girl who answered on this, it probably isn't the best thing to doI did the exact same thing about a year ago- I tried to get my hair from black to blondeSalon's wouldn't touch my hairAnyways, long story shortMy hair was so damaged I had to cut it all offIf your going to do it anyways, I'd suggest two packagesYour hair will turn a yellow/orange colourYou'll have to bleach it againIf your hair still has a coppertint to it, go to a drug store and get blue shampooIt'll make it have a nicer, cleaner lookAlso, for shampoo and whatnot try getting anything that repairsDove therapy works miracles.

In a popular lecture demonstration, a cylindrical permanent magnet is dropped down a long aluminum tube as shown in figure 1 belowNeglecting friction of the magnet against the inner walls of the tube and assuming that the tube is very long compared to the size of the magnet, will the magnet accelerate downward with an acceleration equal to g (free fall)? If not, describe the eventual motion of the magnetDoes it matter if the north pole or south pole of the magnet is on the lower side? I know that the magnet will not accelerate with an acceleration equal to free fall, but I am unsure about the other components of this question.
Words in physics (science) should specifically address a given situation so that there may be no wiggle room in terms of understanding As I read this question, the wiggle room found is in the FIRST INSTANT of time ieYes, the magnet will fall with an acceleration equal to g, immediately after being dropped However, following that instant, the interaction between the magnet's field and the counter-magnetic field set up by the eddy currents in the Al tube caused by the falling magnet creates a magnetic force opposite in direction to g This in turn reduces the NET acceleration acting on the falling magnet until the NET force acting on it becomes zeroFrom this instant on, the magnet falls at constant velocity (ΣForces 0) as per Newton's 1st Law i.ethe magnet reaches terminal velocity This happens quickly so that the magnet falls at this constant terminal velocity for most of its journey thru the long Al tube Because the counter magnetic field is simply opposite to that of the magnet's field it doesn't matter which way (N or S pole leading) the poles of the magnet are oriented during the fall.
I have a daily transportation pass that allows me to scratch off the month and day that I want to use it forI scratched off tomorrow but my husband just said I can borrow the car so I won't need to use the pass tomorrowIs there a way I can cover the metallic silver scratched off date (some way of reapplying the scratch off stuff or something that looks similar) so the pass doesn't go to waste?
paint white out first, then add thin strip of aluminum foil to cover before white out dries and press down on the foil, then pull off foil and add silver paint thin layer then varnish layer to make the area of scratch off part glossy
I am a loans brokerAn organisation approached me recently that wants to set up plants to make hot (or cold) bottled water in conflict zones, drought areas, and other distrubed areas in sub saharan africaThey have a technology that is a machine that converts air to water (hot or cold)We want some advise on how best to cheaply bottle hot water so that it will stay at that hot temperature for a few weeksIf anybody can help, you will be doing alot of needy people a big favourIf we can supply bottled 2 litre hot water together with basics such as rice, etc, the affected people can then easily cook, without having to resort to deforestation and it will greatly help in providing hot meals rather than just cold rations, a big improvement in quality of lifeThus any advise on how to bottle hot water (or even cold water but not using plastic bottles) will be very much appreciatedWe need cheap options because this is for charityable workThankyou.
Don`t quite understand your question, but will still try to offer a solutionDepends on if you are trying to keep the water hot until it is bottled, or if you are trying to keep it hot after it is bottledThe best way to keep water hot is in a storage tankCoil some heat resistant tubing on top of some black sheeting in an open areaSituate the tank at a spot downhill from the tubingConnect one end of your tubing to your machine (where the hot water comes out) and the other end to the top of the tank so the water will gravity feed into the tankPaint the tank blackThe black tank will absorb solar energy to stay hotIdeally the tank should be short with a large diameterThis is so the tank will absorb more energyfrom machine II I I I _I_ I_I to tankTo keep water bottles hot build a rack above the ground to hold the bottles and place black plastic sheeting or flat metal painted black under itThe water temperature can be adjusted by raising or lowering the the rack closer or father away from the groundIt would be best if the sheeting was surrounded by a box with aluminum foil coatingTilt the sides of the box so that the reflection shines on the bottles.
Will aluminum foil work? Please give some good insulators of cold.
Yes,aluminum foilAlso, styrofoam, Sawdust, wood, plastic, ceramics, rubber, shredded paper or put it in a vacuum.
I'm concerned because aluminum has a low melting point and my Dad is 88.plus he has not been feeling too swift recently especially complaining of increased lethergyI heard once that one of the signs of having too much aluminum in your sysyem is increased weakness.
I'm not sure how the foil would affect the potato, but foil can catch fire very quickly in the microwaveTell him next time to prick the potato with a fork and sit it on a paper towelIt will taste the same.
