Most accidents happen when people aren't paying attention whether talking on the phone, looking down to change the channel or CD on the radio, eating, doing makeup, changing inside the car, taking care of the crying baby in the back seat. I fully agree that they should have hands free devices in every car or hell now days you can have a phone built into your car and buy minutes for it.
