- Sunbathing is free. Whre I live rent consumes enough of my pay that every cent counts. I can control my exposure. If you're a booth for a minute to long you're fried. You stay out in the sun for and extra ten minutes it's no big deal. Part of my process is I can turn off the cell and spend an afternoon reading a book. I also like the adventure, I'm a bit of an exhibirtionist at heart, I like sunbathing topless on beaches. I avoid the tanlines which is the big plus, but the little one is to see if I can get away with it, which I have for three summers now.

- If you have ruled out allergies it could possibly be bed bugs, they are very tiny bugs that get into almost anything, they feed off of human blood and other animals that they can get to they are only 4 to 5 mm if they are adults so you would have to be looking for them and ive heard they are very hard to get rid of, but if its not that im not sure!

- We had a water bed for many years (still have the frame and headboard). In cold weather it is very nice to get into a bed that is already warm. My wife's back and hips did not work well with the water mattress after many years. We replaced the mattress with a conventional mattress which works fine. Over time, the conventional mattress has developed a slight trough under each of us. I tried a TempurPedic mattress in a store and it was too warm for me. I do have a pillow made of that material which works well. I have used a self-inflating camping pad on top of the conventional mattress and have gotten good sleep there as well. We have never had a Gel bed or TempurPedic on a regular basis.

- Yes you need bedding.Not only to offer the horse a place to lie down but to help absorb the horses urine. High absorbing bedding will absorb urine better and reduce the level of ammonia odor in your horse's stall. The more absorbent the bedding is, the less bedding required, which means you use less and don't have to dispose as much The bedding should be low in dust. A horse's respiratory system is not well suited for high volumes of dust. A horse bedding with a high level of absorbency allows liquid waste to be contained in small areas so less bedding becomes dirty. The smaller amounts of contaminated bedding is quicker to clean and makes the bedding less expensive by reducing the amount of bedding required, and saves on the time and effort required for mucking out. Rubber matting is a fairly new innovation providing a warmer, softer and more comfortable stable floor for your horse than concrete, brick, dirt, or wood flooring. Rubber matting also greatly reduces the amount of bedding required. A downside is horses don't like to lie down on bare mats. They prefer the comfort of a bedded area. So even though mats cut down on the amount of bedding needed, be kind to your horse and provide him with enough soft bedding to make him feel comfortable enough to lie down. I think its really up to you to decide how much bedding to put in your stall. I would put enough to absorb urine and,enough to offer your horse a confortable place to lie down.

- that doesn't look like a bed that you would go to a store and say I want that, how much it looks like one that you call a company to ask them to build it (or you build it yourself.) It seems custom to me
