A:Sure, we can apply your own logo on the products according to your requirement.
- Q:Are graphite and carbon electrodes the same? What kinds of ore furnaces are used?
- The main components of carbon electrodes are graphite, carbon powder and other impurities which are not converted into graphite. The resistivity is higher than that of graphite electrode. These electrodes are mostly used in electric furnace steelmaking, smelting aluminium oxide and other electric arc furnaces.
- Q:MITSUBISHI machine graphite electrode processing, how does not accumulate carbon?
- Carbon deposition can cause insufficient combustion of gasoline and cause engine chattering.
- Q:Can high-purity graphite be used as an electrode?
- The utility model has the advantages of small density and suitable tool electrodes for processing large parts or moulds, and the whole quality is small.
- Q:Electrolysis of CuCl2 solutions with graphite electrodes
- After energization, electrolysis occurs, not ionizationIonization does not require energization, and can occur in aqueous or molten state.
- Q:Jiqiu conductive graphite electrode, how to compare with copper is relatively large resistance value?
- This is not a good estimate of the sheet graphite resistance after 5mm
- Q:What are the losses in graphite electrode?
- In what environment is the loss, friction, or in the case of high temperature, high temperature will be oxidized, and if in the case of friction, you can first use more wear-resistant graphite material. So please ask this question clearly, and then answer you, thank you.
- Q:What are pyrolytic graphite electrodes used for?
- In 1960s, copper is widely used as electrode material, usage rate of about 90%, about graphite only 10%; in twenty-first Century, more and more users start using graphite as the electrode material, in Europe, more than 90% above the graphite electrode material is. Copper, the once dominant electrode material, has almost lost its advantages over graphite electrodes.
- Q:The future of graphene
- A report released recently pointed out that the Chinese Academy of Sciences, graphene research and industrialization continues to heat up, from the distribution of graphene patents in the field, including the application of technology research hot spots: layout of graphene as a electrode material of lithium ion batteries, solar battery electrode materials, thin film transistor preparation, sensor, semiconductor device, composite material preparation of transparent, touch screen display, transparent electrode
- Q:Excuse me, why does the graphite electrode flake when electrolyzed salt water is used?
- Device for electrolytic reaction. The electrolysis bath comprises a tank, an anode and a cathode, the majority of diaphragm separates the anode chamber and a cathode chamber. According to the different electrolyte aqueous solution electrolysis, molten salt electrolytic cell and nonaqueous solution electrolysis. When three kinds of direct current through the electrolytic cell, the anode oxidation the reaction solution and at the interface in the cathode and the electrolyte interface reaction, to produce the required products. To optimize the design of electrolytic cell structure, reasonable selection of electrode and diaphragm material is the key to improve the current efficiency, decrease cell voltage and energy saving.
- Q:Why is graphite a negative pole and copper is an anode?
- The process of causing a chemical change by passing through a substance. Chemical change is the process in which material is lost or obtained by electrolysis (oxidation or reduction). Electrolysis is performed in an electrolytic cell. The electrolytic cell is composed of two electrodes, yin and Yang, which are respectively immersed in the solution containing positive and negative ions. The current into the negative electrode (cathode), are positively charged ions migrate to the cathode solution, and with the combination of electronic elements, become neutral or negatively charged molecules; negative ion transfer to another electrode (anode), electrons are given into neutral elements or molecules.
