Q:I am using a Analog digital converter which utilizes 6 741 op amps. Can someone tell me if I need to add all the slew rates together to find the maximum frequency. Or do I just use the slew rate of the Op Amp.
No, they are not additive. If they are in series, connect the amplifier with the highest slew rate as the final stage, and the smallest slew rate as the first stage.
Q:My car just came back from the mechanic and he told me to keep an eye on the transmission because sometimes when you set the car to reverse it takes awhile before it kicks in. He said it could be that it is sticking and needs more additives? But then we got distracted and I never got a chance to ask how the heck do I find out? By the way, my car was in for a different problem and I had specifically told him I only had money to fix that so that is why he didnt look further into the transmission thing. So anyway, here are a couple of questions:what is additives and how do i know if i need them?while we‘re at it, how do I check my transmission fluid? (just in case my mechanic didn‘t)if you have any other suggestions as to what this problem might be and how I can fix it, Id love to hear itIf it matters, I drive an 03 Dodge Intrepid that has about 80k.Thanks!
Ok heres how your check the transmission fluid on a car. First drive the car and get it up to normal operating temperature. Then when you get home or where you are, leave the engine running and check the fluid. Now, if the reading is below the cross hatch marks. Then your had a half quart a time. After adding the transmission fluid then get back in the car and put it in reverse then drive and hold it in each gear for a few seconds. Then repeat process until the transmission fluid is full. More than likely its low. My car does that when its low on trans fluid. If the transmission fluid is not low then go to an autoparts store and get a bottle of lucas transmission additive, (The guy at the counter will help your find it) Then just add the whole bottle. Overfilling the trans by 1 quart wont hurt it. You will need to get a long skinny funnel or a transmission funnel from a parts store before you can add anything.
Q:Does anyone knows if engine oil additives such as lucas or any others are good or bad for our engine? I tried to Google it and still am not sure.
Neither. They are not good or bad for the engine. They are however a complete waste of money and bad for your wallet.
Q:A number x is 2 more than the product of its reciprocal and its additive inverse. In which interval does the number lie?A) -4 lt; xlt;-2 B) -2 lt; xlt; 0(equal lines under both signs) (equal sign line under the 2nd sign)C) 0 lt; xlt; 2 D) 2lt;xlt;4 (equal line under the second sign) (equal line under second sign)E) 4 lt; xlt; 6(equal line under the second sign)I tried doing this problem but I forgot what Additve Inverse is, so can you briefly explain what it is and HOW you get to the answer?
I've been using wood sticks for the past couple years (also 15) and have had no problems. I mostly use wood sticks though because they don't cost much. I Never really cared what kind of stick I had as long as I had a stick, but I took good care of each stick and end up getting rewarded for it most of the time.
Q:whats the best automotive oil additive?
After 40 years in the biz, this is still my pet peeve! There is no best additive. Period. Change your oil according to the recommendation of your car's manufacturer. Additives rarely do any good, and many can mess up your engine big time! . Beware of Slick 50 it has been banned in some states and no car company recommends using it. Slick, like some other brands, contains silicone and Teflon, which can clog up your oil filter and makes things worse. Additives containing graphite are also as bad as slick because it coats the inside of your engine and clogs the small oil galleys and passageways. Coating the inside of your engine block doesn't lubricate anything, and in fact decreases the blocks ability to conduct heat away from the moving parts. . Modern car engines have zero tolerance parts. This means there is no slop in the moving parts like bearings and rings. If your oil is too thick, these close fitting parts don't get lubricated properly. For this reason, STP is no longer recommended in modern car engines. . Race cars use special additives, but then the owners tear the engines down between races. They don't drive their cars back and forth to work like you do, which is really hard on an engine. , So. Stick with a good grade of oil, of the proper viscosity and change your oil and filter at least twice a year.
Q:What are the traditional cosmetics additives? What are the hazards?
Mineral oil, also known as paraffin oil, from the oil extract, easy to use, easy to apply, but poor ventilation, can not let the skin breathe properly. Mineral oil is not easy to penetrate, the molecules are large, for oily or mixed partial oil skin may cause clogging after the pores, causing acne and inflammation. Mineral oil is also very easy to absorb ultraviolet light, the formation of uneven skin color or stains;
Q:I guess this has more to do with the fact that Q is the additive group of rational numbers. In case the question above is too vague, I‘m not sure why every proper subgroup of Q is properly contained in another proper subgroup of Q.
Monetary compensation for each answer or question posted.
Q:.helping seal a leakage at an automatic transmission on a 87 Mercedes Turbodiesel.Need to travel 600 mis. to my buddy‘s garage.
There's really no true cure in a bottle for any leak, but you might try Lucas Transmission additive to help slow it down. Be aware that if your transmission is full, you will have to drain or evacuate some of the fluid out to add the additive. Lucas can be purchased at AutoZone.
Q:i have my alg. final in 03 days!! help me plz!! when do you use additive inverse!!!
The -ve of the number is called additive inverse. 3 and -3 are additive inverses of each other.
Q:What is the best oil and fuel additive for a Mercedes?
The ONLY oils to use have EUROPEAN spec numbers. BENZ requires 229.00 and HIGHER ones. LUBRO-MOLY and TOTAL ENERGY oil from france are EXCELLENT ones, but MOBIL ONE 0W_40 si the easiest to find. AMSOIL makes on good for 25,000 mile intervals. The ONLY additive to use also comes form GERMANY and is called CERATEC. it is a CERAMIC additive that coats the cylinder walls and fills in small imperfections. ALSO use a good MOTOR FLUSH in there first. to remove ALL the crud collected on your PISTON RINGS most people have used VALVOLINE in those engines. and THAT is the PROBLEM. MOdern fuels have TONS of detergent in them so NOT additives are4 really necessary. B U T it is IMPORTANT to have someone familiar with BOSCH INJECTION to examine and adjust your AIR/FUEL mixture. A properly tuned INJECTION system will keep things going for YEARS longer, with NO converter or O2 sensor issues. WHICH benz do you have?? GGOD LUCK!!
