Q:I hit a speed bump at a private road and this it what happened. I drive 05 volvo s60 2.5t awd and the pipe goes through from catalytic converter to muffler got bent and was touching driving shaft above the pipe. I brought this to a local repair shop and got told that I have to change the catalytic converter and muffler because they could not bent the pipe back since the joint of the converter and pipe is old and rusty, they were saying that they might break the thing as they trying to bent it back. they quoted me $900. Also It was a private property (apartment complex) and there was no signs saying there are speed bumps ahead, but just white poles with red reflecting thing. I was not going fast since I went through other 5~6 speed bumps without a problem before I hit the last one. any advice?my volvo has non-detachable pipes from catalytic converter to muffler. it means that the catalytic converter to muffler cannot be separated. they come in as one.
They couldbut I am going with the Saints all the wayyyyyyyy.it's time for Cinderella to go to the ball..GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!
Q:I'm new to Php and have built a login system using Php and Mysql. Everything works great, except users have access too ALL pages with a session_start. This could allow a user to directly type a URL and modify ANOTHER user's profile. Any suggestions?
No, the thing is we cannot 'see' in infrared or ultraviolet so what we do is we interpret, we take a device that is sensitive to those wavelenghts and 'translate' that into the visible spectum. So what happens is that the devices transform values into colors (usually one). So if you have a monochromatic device (night vision goggles) the more infrared light an object emits or reflects the more 'intense' will be the color used to represent the wavelenght and so it would be rendered 'white'. You could however do a more thorough analysis and asign certain colors to certain wavelengths and make the more intese wavelengths 'look' brown (if you so choose) and so if an object reflects all radiation it would 'look' brown. Another way to look, no pun intended, at it is colorblindness. We are 'colorblind' to infrared it is not that a reflective material is white in infrared, it just reflects infrared wavelengths. All that is aside from the fact that there is no white color. White is (depending on who you arfe talking to) the sumation of several light colors or the absence of color, so white in itself does not exist.
Q:why did my smoke detector go off last night 4am and there was no smoke anybody know why?
Its in the wrong place anyway the steam is causing it to short circut the alarm. It should be in a hallway or kitchen or bedroom.
Q:I recently got a suburban from an auction. It has a code alarm system. I think it's the Pro-3500 or something. Anyway, the alarm seems to lock the engine. I pull a few fuses from the alarm then put them back and the truck starts. I tried taking the alarm out but then the truck won't start. Is there a way to get rid of the alarm and be able to start the truck? Or would I have to find a remote somwhere.
This may sound gross. But I've heard that spit makes them less slippery (I have interesting convos at school) and also I'm sure wetting the bottom of them with water will help:)
Q:I recently closed in a car port to be a new room but now when it rains water seeps in under the new wall. I have tried caulking it but it didn't do any good. until this stops I can't paint the floor and I am afraid it will start molding the sheet rock. The wall has a hardiplank exterior and treated 2x4 for the base. is there any kind of rubber sheeting that I could seal to the concrete on the outside or something like that to prevent this. It only happens in a few spots.
The cloth doesn't have all its atoms huddled up close enough
Q:I'd say it's in that episode where Moe's going back to college. His professor tells him he has cancer, and then, a few minutes later, he drowns himself in a lake. What do you think it is?
I installed aerators on all faucets/ easy and saves a gallon for every minute the faucet is on I bought an ultra low flow shower head that automatically shuts off when water temp is over 90 degrees at which time you restart it (saving the water that my kids would have wasted letting it run to warm up) and also saving about 1.5 to 2 gallons per minute of shower time again it was easy the shower head I put in was called the EVOLVE. I switched over to a HE washer that uses less than half the water used by a normal washer. This initial cost a bit but after the savings on water, detergent, and energy used by the dryer because of the higher spin cycle it has saved by drying the clothes most of the way it becomes a big money saver before the warranty is up on the washer. I use rain barrels for the garden, landscaping and flushing my toilets. This was an intermediate step but well worth it.
Q:Hey my brother and his girlfriend are sexually active, they are both 19 years old. I know because I caught them in the act, they didn't close the door and I saw them doing it. I even video taped a few seconds of it on my phone, just incase my parents don't believe me when I tell them. The question is should I tell them though? Oh and if you think I'm a pervert for taping them, I'm not, I only did it for proof.
The scientists thought that the comet was made of something very reflective, so when Halley's comet didn't send back much light (compared to other comets, let's say), the scientists thought it was smaller than it really was. When they found out that the materials in Halley's comet are not very reflective, they realized that Halley's comet was actually bigger than they'd guessed. So, Answer B is correctprevious estimates of the mass of Halley's comet were too low. (In other words, Halley's Comet was actually larger than they'd estimated.)
Q:I want him to enjoy this ultimately, so I guess I might need to have some ordinary items next to us so that we won't have to get out of bed frequently. Please tell me every single one of them! So simple! Things like tissues, towels, gels, condomsThanks for your help!
Fibreglass resin. It can also be used as gelcoat or as a paint or slurry for water proofing or to protect holding tanks from chemical attack. It is different from epoxy, it is not as good of a glue as epoxy resins are.
Q:Until today I thought that one major principle of conservativism was hiring and firing at will, i.e., that employers could fire employees, and that employees were free to leave a job, for any reason at all, or for no reason at all. Based on the conservative response to Juan Williams, I have to wonder whether conservatives believe the at-will hiring principle in every case. If they really did believe in it, they would say that NPR has an absolute right to fire Juan Williams at any time, and doesn't need a good reason to do it. But it seems like a lot of them are pretending that employers have to have a good reason to fire someone before they should be allowed to do it.Which is the correct conservative belief on this issue?Must employers have a good reason to fire an employee, or should they be free to do so for no reason at all?
Yes, french cut are typical + a Liner, which is basically a beige leotard that is worn under the team leo. Unless your daughter is over 12(ish) development wise, OR her leotard is white or made from a mylar (reflective) material, most girls go commando. (i.e. like a swimsuit). Nothing looks more ridiculous then a little girl with large brief panties hanging out the edges of a leo.
Q:Seems like Reigns and Rollins but I think Ambrose will stay a heel and maybe get more members to start a new crew name.
I strongly agree with Footprintz in his feelings about polycrap. It is absolutely the worst material to look through and has the highest chromatic abberation of any lens material. To put it plainly, it's crap. AR coatings have to match the substrate of the material they are being put on. As the material bends or flexes, the AR coat must have the ability to do the same thing. If it doesn't, it cracks and crazes. Crizal (the first in the line of AR coatings by Essilor) was put on any surface and it performed poorly. The new Crizal Avance' or Sapphire can only be put on certain manufacturer's lenses that match the substrate of the material. This prevents cracking. And, as far as manufacturing errors FOUR TIMES?? What kind of POOR lab are they using? Are you sure your Rx is ok? I'd be very wary of anyone who tries it four times and then tells you it's a manufacturing error. I've fired labs and gone on to another lab for less than that. That is unacceptable.
